By placing an order, you agree to these terms.\n    The seller is Mint of Gold (a Polish company) and, when available, its Swiss\n    affiliate (details to be inserted). Key contract information is provided to\n    customers, including our company identity and address (Poland, and Switzerland\n    when active), product descriptions, prices (including all taxes), payment and\n    delivery costs, and our returns and cancellation policies. All customer\n    service costs (if any) above standard rates are disclosed in advance.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>\n      <strong>Ordering &amp; Payment:<\/strong>\n      Orders may be placed online via our website. We accept major payment methods\n      (e.g. credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers). Payment is due at order time.\n      All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where relevant; for\n      deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are the buyer\u2019s\n      responsibility. Title to goods passes to you after full payment. If payment\n      cannot be processed, the order is void.\n    <\/li>\n\n&#8220;`\n<li>\n  <strong>Pricing:<\/strong>\n  We strive for accuracy, but if a product\u2019s price is listed incorrectly, we\n  will inform you before shipping; we may cancel the order if you do not wish\n  to accept the corrected price. All payments are securely processed; we do\n  not store full payment card details.\n<\/li>\n\n<li>\n  <strong>Shipping &amp; Delivery:<\/strong>\n  We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination.\n  Products may ship from different countries (dropshipping); you will be\n  informed of the expected shipping terms during checkout. You are responsible\n  for any customs clearance and import fees in your country. Risk of loss\n  passes to you once the item is dispatched. If you fail to receive a shipment,\n  please contact us promptly.\n<\/li>\n\n<li>\n  <strong>Right of Withdrawal:<\/strong>\n  If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day \u201ccooling-off\u201d period\n  to cancel your purchase without reason. This period ends 14 days after you\n  (or a third party you designate) receives the goods. To cancel, you must\n  notify us in writing within this period. Certain goods are excluded from\n  withdrawal: notably <em>\u5b9a\u505a\u6216\u660e\u663e\u4e2a\u6027\u5316\u7684\u5546\u54c1<\/em>\n  (e.g. engraved or tailor-made items), or any item sealed for hygiene that\n  has been unsealed after delivery. On return of non-faulty goods, we will refund all\n  payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of\n  receiving the returned items. Polish and EU consumer laws (and, once in effect, Swiss consumer\n  laws) protect buyers\u2019 rights and override any conflicting clause in these\n  Terms. The brand names Mint of Gold,\n  HOSSMANN, and VIVID GOLD and associated logos are our registered trademarks.\n  You may not copy, distribute, or use any intellectual property on this site\n  without our written permission.\n<\/li>\n\n<li>\n  <strong>Limitation of Liability:<\/strong>\n  Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are\n  responsible for fulfilling these Terms and for any intentional or grossly\n  negligent misconduct, but we disclaim (except as mandated by law) any\n  liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. However,\n  nothing here limits statutory consumer rights for personal injury or other\n  liabilities that cannot be excluded by law. In particular, EU consumer\n  protection and warranty laws remain in force.\n<\/li>\n\n<li>\n  <strong>Governing Law &amp; Disputes:<\/strong>\n  These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland (for the Polish seller) or\n  Switzerland (for the Swiss entity, once active), as applicable.
